Atlanta, GA – After some deliberation, Alexis Chateau PR has decided to shut down business operations for February 16, 2017, in support of A Day Without Immigrants.
During this time, we will not be handling any business queries, client projects, or even routine company maintenance. Our workers were notified of the impromptu day off via email.
As an immigrant-led firm, with three foreign nationals on the team, to do otherwise would not support company and team values.
Do feel free to send us your queries. We will respond to them when regular business resumes at 12:01 AM on February 17, 2017.

Sorry guys!

Let free speech reign, but HATE speech will not take place on our website.
To use your anecdotal experience as a blanket judgment for immigrants, Hispanic and otherwise, goes against everything science stands for.
Before you blame immigrants for crime rates in America, you should look closer to home: https://www.nytimes.com/2017/01/26/us/trump-illegal-immigrants-crime.html?_r=0
All the best to you.

You almost had me until I saw this post. This whole narrative about immigrant haters is BS. I’m the son of Russian and Irish immigrants, but my grandparents and parents did not live off the system. They worked hard, embraced America, it’s language, it’s border, and it’s culture. I remain supportive of the efforts to stop ILLEGAL ALIENS from obtaining the same rights my family has sacrificed for me to have, especially Criminal Aliens. All are welcome, just do it the right way, and not off my back.

Michael,
“A Day without Immigrants” is not synonymous with “A Day Without Illegal Immigrants”. Our firm is founded, managed and owned by a legal immigrant.
The immediate association of “immigrants” with illegal and criminal only further illustrates our point.
We do not expect you to understand the inner intricacies of what it means to be an immigrant in 2017. And we do not expect you to understand what immigrants of color face. Nor do we seek your validation, or believe it is appropriate for you to discredit the experiences of a demographic you are not a part of. This is a telling example of ethnocentricism.
We are glad you discovered this post, as we would have declined to work with your brand in any case. Getting tangled with brands tainted by multi-million dollar bribes, kickbacks and prison time goes against our code of ethics. But thank you for considering us.
We wish you all the best in your endeavours for 2017 and onwards.
