Atlanta, GA – On January 13, 2017, Alexis Chateau PR took a hiring risk that would pay off tenfold for the firm. Founder & Managing Director Alexis Chateau promoted the firm’s pesky little PR puss to Goodwill Ambassador.

The positive response from readers and clients was almost overwhelming. Since then, every month Shadow has brought in a new client who blatantly tells Alex, usually while laughing:

I just want you to know. It was the cat that won us over!

The Payoff

The firm’s monthly revenues have tripled since promoting Shadow, and clients message sometimes just to check in, and see how he’s doing.

For those of you asking for updates, Shadow has been doing well. So well, in fact, that Alex expanded his work portfolio to include new services.

Shadow does not currently work for any of the firm’s clients, but he loves to chip in for the firm’s PR work.

Twitter

As many of you know, Alex let Shadow first try his PR paws at managing his own Twitter account. And it’s safe to say he’s now earned the right to brag that he can tweet without opposable thumbs.

His followers love him, and he’s made quite a few friends in the animal justice arena. That comes as no surprise, considering how much time he spends raising awareness for shelter cats and dogs in need of homes.

Instagram

The team was so impressed with his Twitter prowess, that on February 11, 2017, Alex finally created a company Instagram page, and handed him the reigns.

The team is still not sure if they should be jealous or happy that most of the likes and interests generated by the company’s IG page is for Shadow. But they certainly couldn’t be more proud to have their feline addition to the team.

Newsletters

On March 22, 2017, four days after Alexis Chateau PR launched its media relations services, Alex appointed Shadow as author and manager of the Media Query Newsletters.

It has not yet been confirmed if he will be in charge of the company’s General Newsletters, but Alex assures us he will be involved. She says:

Shadow is an indispensable member of the team, and our clients love him. Why hear from me, when they can hear from Shadow?

But, of course, there are some things that are outside of Shadow’s work portfolio, so we shall see…

Blogging

Since launching the Media Query Newsletter, Shadow has authored two letters – both of which are for articles he’s working on for external websites. Yes, the pesky little PR puss also blogs. Shadow shares:

I’ve been working really hard on my blogging. Some websites don’t take me seriously, and Buzzfeed still hasn’t replied, but I’m really excited to try my hands at The Catnip Times. I was so glad when they decided to give me a chance.

Shadow is also the new humor blogger at the company’s student branch, College Mate. His first blog post was entitled: What I would Study if Cats Went to College.

Shadow the PR Cat definitely shows a lot of potential for even more growth at Alexis Chateau PR. And under the influence of Alex and Randi, there’s just no telling how big this pesky little PR puss will get.

He’s already been cited not once, but twice in the media. His most recent appearance was courtesy of Invoice Berry’s 22 Ingenious Social Media Marketing Tips from the Experts.
